This book is hot, even in the massive snowstorm Audrey gets stranded in.  Corbin and Audrey have the same desire and drive.  They make a great pair, even if they are on the opposite side of the law.  The cliffhanger left me moving quickly to the next book.

This is an awesome vampire series.  Reynolds keeps you hooked through the entire book.  I love all the characters and want each to have their own story.  You stay hooked to Cyn and Raphael throughout the book, just waiting for them to come to their senses and realize they should be together.  I'm onto the next book.

It may be the first book that takes a while laying out the story and setting, but it really took me a while to get into the book.  Mason and Regan are great together when they get started.  I found the repeating story lines to much.  I have already read book two so don't give up.  The series gets better.

This is going to be a great new series.  Raphael is the Lord of vampires.  Sure there are Lords of other areas but none compare to his power.  Cyn is a private investigator that Raphael has hired to find a missing vampire. Raphael is definitely the dominant vampire but Cyn is not to be controlled.  She doesn't take crap from anyone and will speak her mind.  This is just the beginning of the heat between them.  They are just hot together.  On to book 2.

Another hit from Nashoda Rose. Perfect Chaos is a spinoff from Tear Asunder. It isn't as dark but it hot and addictive. I couldn't put it down, wanting to see what Georgie or Deck we're going to do next. Their relationship will never be boring or predictable. I love them together. I also love the story and all of the other characters. I cannot wait for more books on both series.

Another awesome read by Rocha.  I haven't been able to find any other books that come close to a dystopian life like the Beyond series.  The stories are full of hot couples, action and characters who all have their own story to tell.  Never a dull read.  I can't wait for the next one.

The Moment We Began A Fairhope Romance by Sarra Cannon

I got an ARC of this book on NetGalley.  I decided to read Fairhope #1 first.  I love the series and all of the characters.  Cannon does a great job telling their stories.  Penny is twin to Preston.  The are rich, young and living it up.  Mason is in their inner circle, but he is more than just a friend to Penny.  After a year of just hooking up Penny realizes she is in love with someone who doesn't love her back.  He told her from the beginning it couldn't be more.  Her heart can't accept that and she starts losing control of everything.  Penny is an emotional wreck.  I found her to be more than a spoiled socialite though.  She has an amazing heart and her greatest goal is to help sick children.  The more Mason pushes her away the more she acts out.  When he says he is leaving to get himself together Penny decides it is time to take back control of her life.  She does by packing up and leaving with him.  Did I mention I love this series?  I am ready for book 3.

I loved reading about Aggie.  After I finished I went back and read Coveted and Kept again to see how things went for Aggie.  Then, I got hooked on Natalya again.  I'm ready for book 3, Compelled.  I hope it has more story lines for Aggie or another book that focuses on her.  She is much more than a supporting character.

Head Over Heart (Mannequin Series #1) by Olivia Besse

Formally titles Etoile

This story is very realistic and literal.  Besse didn't write it to pretty up the modeling world or the main character Etoile.  Etoile's life isn't glamorous, happy or dreamy.  She is basically miserable and hoping for something good to happen to her for once.  She thinks her luck may be changing when she meets the perfect guy, but doubts and insecurities start shadowing her happiness.  Then enters the other guy who truly confuses her with his affections and her lack of trust has her holding back.  Etoile is an emotional wreck and I was completely hooked.  It got a little to real there for a while and I almost gave up.  Man, am I glad I hung in there.  My only real problem, a major cliffhanger!  Now I am going crazy to find out when book 2 comes out.

Falling Hard by Scarlet E. Rose

Falling Hard is a short read and packed with story lines.  I think there is a little to much going on in this novella, especially since there is another book.  Yes, that means cliffhanger.  The actual happenings has enough suspense, romance and sex without needing daydreams.  If the book was longer I may not have been able to keep up with the bouncing around stories and characters.  However, it left me wanting more so I will be reading the next book to see what happens with the princess, prince and Aaron.

This book was fun and romantic.  Ben and Mazie are obviously in love with each other, but they just can't seem to get on the same page.  When Mazie gets herself in trouble Ben has to save her and accept his faults.  This is the first book I have read in the series but loved it and will read the others.

Another great book in the series.  I loved Fila and Ned's story.  She is a fighter trying to have a life of normalcy after spending half of life in captivity.  Ned is the middle child and has issues of his own.  Neither of them have luck or Ned's father on their side.  They both fight to save each other and find happiness.  I am rooting for them all the way.

Annie was taken while on a cruise and forced into slavery.  A marine visits her brothel and it is the last chance she will get to for help.  Patrick cannot believe this is a US Citizen that has been missing for 5 years.  Does he risk his life and career to save her?  If he gets discovered he will lose everything he has worked for plus jeopardize his team.  There is no way he can just leave Annie but that doesn't mean it will be easy. Plus Annie has secrets of her own that Patrick isn't prepared for.  This book has suspense, romance and a few vague story lines.  I will be reading the second.

Olivia and Bash should have nothing to do with each other.  Things are not going well for her and she just keeps finding more problems.  Bash is on his way out and onto a better life, but he is loosing focus now.  After he saves her he can't get her out of his head.  Olivia wants Bash even though she knows she should leave him alone.  This is a short read with a cliffhanger.  Go straight to book 2.

This is another great Inside Out story.  This is told from Mark's point of view and how he is dealing with Rebecca's death, his mother's illness and his interest in Sarah.  The book is short read and novella length.

Overwhelmed by You (Tear Asunder) by Nashoda Rose

Another amazing story in the series.  I wanted to scream at Ream and tell him to man up instead of being an idiot.  You can't though because he is broken and doesn't know how to deal the right way.  Kat is just as hard headed but for different reasons.  She isn't going to beg or give into Ream.  He hurt her to bad.  I love their story, especially the battles.

Stay by Emily Goodwin

This book was a little to real for me.  Don't get me wrong I love a dark read, but I need more fast paced.  Addie's strength was amazing.  They didn't break her, only made her desire to live stronger.  Then there was Jackson.  His role changed everything in the book.  Their bond kept you cheering for the one chance to get free.  I am used to books that put more intense passion into the love and relationship.  This is where I was thrown.  The bad guys stayed bad but the way the victims fought back kept me from putting the book down.  You will scream for them to fight even as your heart is breaking.

Knowing Jack by Rachel Curtis

Chloe and Jack have major chemistry.  She is sassy and ready to deal with anyone.  The book was good but not great.  I was expecting more depth in the story lines.  It is a read everyone should judge for themselves.

I found this book on NetGalley and didn't even realize it was a novella in a series.  Moonlight is a great paranormal romance book about werewolves.  The story is fun, suspense and hot.  I love Fallon and Aiden's story.  I will be reading the rest of the series also.

Winter's Dawn by Kele Moon

I am torn about this book.  I am a big paranormal romance reader and this book gave an excellent story on wolves but the romance side was messed up.  Hearts were broken and love sacrificed.  I need the next book to fix this.  I did enjoy it enough to know I will read the next in the series.

Captivated by Emily Jane Trent

I like the cover of this book, but I just couldn't get into the way it was written.  The story line was drawn out and repetitive.  Ella is a very shut in person who is in the process of writing her first romance novel.  She also keeps a diary on her tablet.  The diary entries are the same as the story we have already read.  The book is told from both Ella and Adam's point of view.  I found it to be an over view or summary of their lives.  The way it was told kept me from getting pulled into the story line.  They had heat and passion and these scenes were good but the rest was just not enough.  After finishing the book I am interested to find out how things progress in Ella and Adam's relationship and how his father becomes a problem but I don't think I can read another book if it is repetitive too.

I love a good, dark read and this was it.  Tess is a bad girl holding it all in.  When she is taken by human traffickers everything changes for her.  She is sold to her new master Q.  Knowing it is wrong but having no control over how she feels Tess begins to experience things she kept in for too long.  Q is the bad guy you love to hate.  Their story is wrong yet they are right together.

Pixie and Levi have a love/hate relationship.  They were broken by a tragedy many years ago and can't let go of their own pain and demons.  For so many reasons they need each other if they can get out of their personal torment.  For a book based on people's heartache there is lots of humor in their actions and comments.

Yes, I have to agree Lorrie and Hunter are both wrecked.  I am really torn about this story.  My first mistake was listening to the reviews that compared it to Beautiful Disaster.  They have a few similarities but Wrecked lacks the passion and sizzle of BD.  Now don't get me wrong; I am not writing Wrecked off.  I was completely hooked by the end and screaming at both Lorrie and Hunter.  They are hot together but there just isn't enough.  I will definitely read book 2.

Nooooo!  This story cannot end this way!!!!  I am not going to give anything away but let me tell you book 2 better have some quick fixes.  This is a suspenseful, steamy and didn't see that coming book.  Ruined is one of the best paranormal books I have read in a long. time.  Hot, sexy twins, demons, a hard headed damsel and lots of action.  What more could you ask for?   I am eagerly waiting for the next book.

This series is hot, hot, hot!  The story has several unexpected twists and keeps you reading for what is next.  I mean how lucky can you be to find yourself consumed by two hoties, Dane and Storm.  Jessica doesn't know how good she has it, but she is about to learn.
I'm glad I got to read the book with all six together.  I enjoy the whole story much more than short reads.

Ruby Rose by Alta Hensley

Ruby definitely needed spanked for all of the secrets she kept.  She is doing undercover work for a story on Domestic Discipline and finds herself falling for Evan, the bad boy of BDSM.  As their feelings grow and he introduces her to the life she finds herself wanting to submit to him and the life but still now being completely honest.  Steamy and captivating read!

Fallen Crest Public by Tijan

Amazing!  I may go crazy waiting for the next book.  Mason and Logan take bad boys to a new level.  It was to bad for Sam that they cannot protect her from everything.  I am glad she is making peace with some of her demons and finding her self worth.  If she would have done this sooner she could have saved herself a lot of pain.  The problems that have developed for her and Mason are their own doing.  They depend to much on the physical part of their relationship and it has led to secrets and doubts.  They are going to have to communicate and fight for each other in order for their relationship to recover.  I am ready for book 4.  I want to see how Logan and Sam do without Mason in town.  Write Tijan write!

Fallen Crest Family (Fallen Crest #2) by Tijan

Sam was a mess in this book.  I'm glad she has Mason and Logan by her side now but I do not like that she is becoming dependent on them.  She was so strong in book 1 because she was alone and trusted no-one.  She doesn't have to be alone to still be independent and fight back.  I am ready for her to fight back and stop running.  Logan is hilarious as usual.  He and Mason have to the best attitude when it comes to taking care of themselves and the ones they love.  I love this series and the characters.  This is one of my favorite series even if it is high school.

Fly You to the Moon by Jocelyn Han

My  Rating 4 out of 5 Stars

A short and steamy read.  Ava goes to live with her half uncle after her father dies.  She finds herself attracted to him and he returns those feelings but refuses to give into them.  They are living on the moon because Nicholas is an Elite.  Ava is half Elite because her mother was a commoner on Earth.  This story has the potential to be more or even a series.

Say When by Tara West

A well written book but there was too much drama and not enough inspiration.  It was a short read so there wasn't enough story lines to build up.  Christine is weak and controlled by everyone in her life.  She does start seeing others for what they are and standing up to them but again just not enough to pull off the story.  Andres is there for her and helps her break free for him.  The point of views was to back and forth though.

Hell Without You by Ranae Rose

This was a very well written book but the story lacked the passion to make me feel the magnetic pull between Clementine and Donovan.  Even the conflict was without suspense.  Clementine's theory and investigating was a better story line than what ended up happening.  I believe the story needed more about the couple as they fell in love and more reasons why they should fight to be together.  I just couldn't get into this book.
