This book was a little to real for me. Don't get me wrong I love a dark read, but I need more fast paced. Addie's strength was amazing. They didn't break her, only made her desire to live stronger. Then there was Jackson. His role changed everything in the book. Their bond kept you cheering for the one chance to get free. I am used to books that put more intense passion into the love and relationship. This is where I was thrown. The bad guys stayed bad but the way the victims fought back kept me from putting the book down. You will scream for them to fight even as your heart is breaking.
