This story takes you up and brings you down. I laughed and I cried; I found happiness with Lori and unimaginable sadness; one moment I was proud of her and the next I wanted to slap her; but you never gave up hope. Liz Crowe writes an emptional story that brings out every emotion possible. Lori's love for both Garrett and Eli was not what I expected, but it was a great journey.
